Photo Booth 365 Project

More pictures from the project. Enjoy!

Photo Booth 365 Project

Started on February 16, 2009.

The first 5 days of my Photo Booth 365 project. The 1st photo is at the bottom in black and white. Add from there to the self-portrait with the baseball cap.

Check out these two websites for progress. The original project started on  my Flickr Group page, or check out the set on flickr. I also have it on 365Project. You can always check back here on my blog as well, but I will only be posting in groups of pictures. All of the commentary is on the other two websites. Enjoy.

365/365 R.I.P

It's finally the end of the project. I can't say I'll miss it.  There are days when I just wanted to quit, especially when I was tired or couldn't think of any ideas. I'm so happy I finished  I didn't think I'd have the attention span or endurance for it. I am glad to say that I did it. What a long year it has been. Many of the pictures are fodder to me. I like only a few of them. I have to say that though some of them suck, I do remember what was happening when I took each one. Now, that's pretty cool. In the end, I am glad I did this, but R.I.P. project. My next venture in a project will be less demanding.

This is my LAST 365 project picture of the day, as the YEAR is now FINISHED!!

364/365 Resting in Bed

I'm just resting in bed. The alarm just went off, and I have to get up for work. I'm so tempted to roll over and go back to sleep.

This is my 365 project picture of the day. (Eyes open.) The on with my eyes closed is part of my 365 overflow set..

363/365 Simplicity

This book helps to clear your house and mind of clutter; to simplify everything so that you can live in the moment. Now, if I could just slow down enough to apply it. Being disorganized is an excuse to be lazy and with no direction. The clutter keeps my mind frazzled. I'm a notoriously lazy person when it comes to life's changes. I'm afraid to leave my job, because there's security there. I find it hard to clear the clutter, (though I don't have much), because then my mind will be clear to move on to the next step in my life. Frankly, I'm just too scared to do anything lately. Perhaps I do have some focusing issues. My mind is all over the place.

361/365 Head In Towel

I had this old SX 70 Polaroid of me with my hair in a towel from the late 1980's, and I thought it would be funny to do another one. Ramona took this of me.

360/365 Brussels Griffon

I saw this puppy at the Buckland Mall in the Pet Shop. It's a Brussels Griffon puppy. A little boy! He was adorable, friendly, and didn't make a peep through our whole visit, even when they put him back in his cage. I hate seeing puppies in cages. I hate Puppy Mills. But I figured holding the puppy for a minute is better than not allowing him some freedom to move, and a hug and some human contact has to be good for both of us.He had a very sweet disposition.

This is my 365 project picture of the day.

Taken with an iPhone using the CameraBag application. I added a lomo effect in Photoshop.

357/365 Alex As Model

I've always said Alex would make a great model. He looks like he should be in films and magazines. He is just that handsome. I did this self-portrait with an old black and white photo I took of Alex. The camera used for the B&W was my old Rolleiflex TLR camera.

This is part of my 365 project
